I have a Masters degree in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy from the Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education and am a fully accredited member of the UKCP. I run two clinics, one in London and one in Cambridge, and am Clinical Supervisor for an outpatient clinic in Central London. I have previously held Arts Psychotherapist positions in 3 separate NHS trusts providing individual and group psychotherapy and for a London based charity with clients who have survived sexual abuse and trauma. I have completed the Diploma in Creative Supervision at The London Centre for Psychodrama.
I have a degree from Oxford University in English Literature and have combined my love of horses and psychotherapy by undertaking EAGALA’s training in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. I also I have an interest in taking therapy outdoors and have completed further training in the field of Eco Therapy.
Before training to be a psychotherapist I worked in press and marketing for some of the UK’s leading theatres and have a passion for helping Psychotherapists and Counsellors set up and thrive in private practice.
I am also an artist and printmaker and love to spend time in my studio working on my own creations.
